Prices - Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payments by check, money
order or pay pal.
NO C.O. Ds are accepted. A $20.00 service charge ( bank fee ) will be added to
all returned checks - NSF. Illinois residents please include 6.75% sales tax to
your total merchandise order. Prices and availability subject to change without
notice. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Checks may take longer.
Shipping Charges
All orders shipped to US addresses only at this time - please inquire about the
possibility of shipping to a foreign address at
admin@hornybitchbeer.com - Knudson
Studios has the right to refuse any order.
Claims
Any shipping discrepancies must be reported within 10 days. If something is
wrong we will do our best to make it right but cannot accept responsibility for
missing or damaged cartons. They must be brought to the attention of the
carrier.
Printing Tolerances
Due to the manufacturing and printing, certain colors, variances and designs may
vary from the items shown. Sometimes a garment color or fabric may change the
appearance of the graphic. Knudson Studios reserves the rights to discontinue
any style or graphic at any time. We will do our best to hold the best quality
that we can.
Garments - Vendors
We will try and use the highest quality tees available. Brands may change from
design to design as price and availability may change. We cannot guarantee any
one Brand or style - and reserve the right to substitute brands without
notice.
Trademarks & Copyrighted Art/Designs
All artwork on the website is the property of Knudson Studios. Horny Bitch Beer
concepts and designs may not be used without written permission from Knudson
Studios. Photos and art on this site may not be used without permission.
Refunds
At this time No cash refunds are allowed. We can exchange merchandise -
providing you provide return postage both ways. Usually for a tee - it works out
better to have a friend buy it if its the wrong size etc. - and get a new one
for yourself.
Bitch Bucks and Hang Tags
Bitch Bucks are NOT REDEEMABLE for cash. They are ONLY for Horny Bitch
merchandise. Hang Tags also have NO CASH value and may not be redeemed for cash.
When Redeeming hang tags for a free tee - appropriate Shipping and Handling
charges will be applied to your order. Bitch Bucks and Hang Tags redeemable with
Mail Orders only at this time. Bitch Bucks and Hang Tags may not be combined at
this time. Give us time to work out more details on this program - for now
easier by mail.
Responsibility
Please wear your shirt in a responsible fashion - we assume no responsibility for
the reactions that these tees may incur. If you aren't 18 or older - please do
not purchase our shirts without your parents permission. While we feel that the
shirts aren't offensive - your parents may feel otherwise. ASK for their
Blessings - Parents know best!
Backorders
Sometimes backorders may occur. We apologize. But sometimes a design will become
more popular than anticipated and we will have to create a backorder. We will
ship your order promptly once we receive the backordered design.
